The horse is disqualified and the purse to be redistributed. Having met with a representative of the Commission and waived your right to appeal, your fine is reduced from $500 to $250 and your suspension is reduced from 15 days to 7 days; you are suspended 8/26/13 through 9/1/13, you are eligible to participate on Monday September 2nd 2013. |
