| Ruling Text: After racing at Saratoga Casino & Raceway on 3/3, 3/10, 3/15, 3/16, 4/6, 4/14, 4/24, 5/8, 5/27, 6/2, 6/7, 6/9, 6/16, 6/23, 6/28, 6/29, 7/6, 7/7, 7/13, 7/25, 8/15, 8/17, 8/22 and 8/24, you failed to file a statement, as required, within 72 hours after the arrival of any horse at the race track in form satisfactory (stable roster) to the commission. Information such as horse's names, owners, employees, etc. are required and updated with any changes. Future violation(s) or continued non-compliance can result in additional/increased penalty(s). If this fine is not paid by 9/10/13, you will ineligible to participate. |
