Ruling Text:
You have established an air of intimidation among your peers that extends beyond acceptable norms for professional competition.  On June 28th 2013, after the 11th race you initiated two confrontations with another driver in the race.  In the first encounter you sought out the driver, intitiated a verbal confrontation and forcefully jabbed him several times with the butt end of your whip.  You then initiated a second encounter with the same driver, placed him in a headlock, and in both instances threatened him with bodily harm. The NYSGC has taken a strong stance against workplace violence.  The mitigating factors you offered in defense did not warrant such an attack.  Taking into consideration your record you are herby fined the amount of two thousand dollars ($2000)  and your licenses to participate are suspended for a period of sixty (60) days July 17, 2013 through September 15, 2013.  You are eligible to participate on September 16, 2013. Having appeared before a representative of the Commission and waived your right to appeal, your suspension is reduced to 30 days, you are suspended Sunday July 14th 2013, through Wednesday August 14th 2013.

Suspended: 07/14/2013 to 08/14/2013 (30 days)
