This for violation of New York State Gaming Commission rule 4012.4 © relative to the post race positives of horse Guyana Princess who's post race samples contained the drug "Meloxican" in the 1st race at Aqueduct Racetrack on April 12, 2013 and the 7th race at Belmont Park on April 26, 2013.
Ordered that during your suspension, you shall not directly or indirectly participate in New York State Pari-Mutuel racing, you are denied the privileges and use of the grounds for all racetracks. |
