| Ruling Text: You have seriously failed to conduct yourself in a gentlemanly and professional manner. On June 14, 2013 you initiated uninvited non consensual offensive physical contact with the NYSGC Veterinarian. Your consistent demeanor constitutes sexual harassment and has created an intimidating work environment that will not be tolerated. Considering your record of unprofessional deviant behavior you are herby fined the amount of $3000 three thousand dollars and your license to participate in harness racing is suspended for a period of two years June 26, 2013 through June 25, 2015. Having appeared before a reprenentative of the board and waived your right to appeal, your suspension is reduced to 9 months and your fine is reduced to $1000. Your license to participate in harness racing will not be considered for reinstatement until the fine and any applicable late fees have been paid.
