| Ruling Text: Your license(s) to participate in harness racing is suspended for 180 days and you are fined Five Thousand Dollars ($5000) for your two violations of 9 NYCRR 4120.4 & 4120.13 at Buffalo Raceway on April 17th 2013. The horse "Puff Mommy" trained by you and racing in the 11th race at Buffalo Raceway that day, had a pre-race TC02 level of 37 mmol/L or more in a blood sample that was taken more than four hours after the horse had been administered furoseminde, and the horse "Hudson Gal," trained by you and racing in the 12th race at Buffalo raceway that day, had a pre-race TC02 level of 39 millimoles or more per liter ("mmol/L") as well as a pre-race TC02 level of 37 mmol/L or more in a blood sample that was taken more than four hour after the horse had been administered furosemide. |
