Having appealed, a stay is granted for 90 days for you to complete your appeal hearing and, should you do so within 90 days of this ruling, for such time as the Commission decides your appeal. If you fail to complete your evidentiary hearing within 90 days of this ruling, however, then this stay will expire and your penalty will begin. You may seek an additional stay by filing a motion for another stay with the Commission Secretary" |
