You are hereby suspended 15 days, having waived your right of appeal this suspension is reduced to 7 days March 8, 2013 through March 14, 2013 inclusive and you are fined $1000.00. This for the finding of the drug Flunixin in the post race samples of horse Hope Still Springs who finished 3rd in the 5th race at Aqueduct Racetrack on January 26, 2013. This drug was administered in Violation of New York State gaming Commission Rules 4043.2 4043.4. Horse Hope Still Springs is hereby disqualified and unplaced in the order of finish.

Ordered that during your suspension, you shall not directly or indirectly participate in New York State Pari-mutuel racing, you are denied the privileges and use of the grounds for all racetracks, you are forbidden to participate in any share of the purses or other payments. Every horse is denied the privileges of the grounds and shall not participate in pari-mutuel racing in New York, further that is (a) owned or trained by you, or any individuals who serve as your agents or employee during your suspension; or (b) for which you during your suspension are directly or indirectly with training, including any arrangements to care for, train, enter, enter, race, invoice, collect fees or other payments, manage funds, employee workers, provide advise or information, or otherwise assist with any aspect of the training of the horse
