Ruling Text: As trainer of record on the #3 "FOREVER JUST", who raced in the 5th race at Tioga Downs on July 22nd, 2012 and finished in 2nd place, was found to have tested positive from a post race sample. This horse tested positive for Levamisole and Pemoline, which is in violation of the above stated rules. Your horse was disqualified and the purse redistributed. After a finding of Levamisole with its Metabolite Pemoline, which is a Metabolite of Levamisole. The penalty for the presence of Pemoline is a one year suspension, which is hereby stayed under the condition that no further Pemoline positives in any of its forms are found in any of the horses that you train for a period of one year. The penalty for the administration of Levamisole has been reduced to 10 days and is a $1,500.00 fine. Your suspension will begin on December 16, 2012 and continue through December 25, 2012, you will be eligible to participate on December 26, 2012 after the completion of your suspension and payment of fine. |
