Ruling Text: As the trainer of record on the #4 "PEMBROKE CRANKCALL", who raced in the 2nd race at Tioga Downs on 7/8/2012 and finished in 1st place, was found to have tested positive from a post race sample. This horse tested positive for Levamisole and Pemoline, which is in violation of the above stated rule. Your horse was disqualified and the purse was redistributed. After a finding of Levamisole with its Metabolite Pemoline, which is a Metabolite of Levamisole. The penalty for the administration of Levamisole has been reduced to 30 days and a $1,000.00 fine. The penalty for the presence of Pemoline is a one-year suspension, which is hereby stayed under the condition that no further Pemoline positives in any of its forms are found for a period of one year to be in horses that you train. Your suspension will begin on 12/9/2012 and continue through 1/7/13, you will be eligible to participate on 1/8/2013 after the completion of your suspension and payment of your fine.
