As trainer of record of "DANGERISMYBUSINESS," in the 9th race at Tioga Downs on 8/4/12, whose post race sample was positive for Levamisole and Pemoline, in violation of the above-stated rules, your horse was disqualified and the purse redistributed. After a finding of Levamisole with its Metabolite Pemoline in your horse, you are hereby penalized for the administration of Levamisole and the presence of Pemoline, which is a Metabolite of Levamisole. The penalty for the administration of Levamisole is 20 days (12/1/12 - 12/20/12) and $1,000.00 fine. The penalty for the presence of Pemoline is a one-year suspension, which is hereby stayed under the condition that no further Pemoline positives in any of its forms are found to be in horses that you train for a period of one year. Having appeared before a representative of the New York State Racing and Wagering Board  ( NYSRWB )   an appeal has been filed, and your suspension is stayed, pending final judgment of the Board. AMENDED 3/18/13: Having appeared before a representative of the board and having withdrawn your appeal, and your fine having been paid,  you have agreed to a suspension of 15 days starting 3/14/2013 through 3/28/2013 - eligible to participate 3/29/2013.
