| Ruling Text: On Friday, November 9, 2012, you failed to submit a specimen of urine as directed to do so upon the request from a New York State Racing and Wagering Board official. You are immediately suspended for fifteen (15) days for violating board rule 4119.11(b). This matter is being referred to the board for review and action. You MAY become eligible to participate after your period of suspension upon providing a specimen of urine, upon request, which produces a negative test result. ORDERED, that during his period of suspension, respondent Eric T. Oddey shall not directly or indirectly participate in New York State pari-mutuel horse racing, he shall be denied the privileges and use of the grounds of New York State racetracks. |
