| Ruling Text: After participating (as trainer) at Saratoga Casino & Raceway on several occasions (18 race programs, 23 races) in 2012 beginning 5/24/12, you failed to file a statement, as required, within 72 of arrival of any horse at the race track in a form satisfactory to the commission (Stable Roster is acceptable). Information such as horse's name, owner(s), employee(s), etc. are required and should be updated with any changes. Future violations or continued non-compliance can result in additional increased penalties. If the fine is not paid on or before 8/29/12, your racing participation will be suspended. |
