| Ruling Text: You terminated your trainer relationship with the owner for the horse "Alpine Dauntless" after the horse had drawn into race. The race was scheduled for 10/26/11. A change in training of a horse drawn to start is prohibited. Changes in training should promptly be reported to the judges. Also, you secured a scratch recommendation slip from a veterinarian indicating a 10/25/11 exam date, which was two days after the horse had left your custody. |
