| Ruling Text: You are hereby notified that a fine in the amount of $500 is levied against you for unlicensed participation in the affairs of a licensed harness racing corporation in the State of New York. All directors of licensed harness racing corporations are required to be licensed. Specifically: 1. You were a member of the board of directors of Saratoga Harness Racing, Inc. from July 17, 2011 through November 3, 2011 without a valid racing license in violation of Section 309 of the Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law and 9(E) NYCRR §4101.24. 2. You were a member of the board of directors of Saratoga Harness Racing, Inc. from July 17, 2010 through January 11, 2011 without a valid racing license in violation of Section 309 of the Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law and 9(E) NYCRR §4101.24. 3. You were a member of the board of directors of Saratoga Harness Racing, Inc. from July 17, 2009 through October 21, 2009 without a valid racing license in violation of Section 309 of the Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law and 9(E) NYCRR §4101.24. Failure to pay the fine by the delinquency date of December 29, 2011 will result in the assessment of interest or a late payment charge and may result in other charges relating to collection. . |
