Jockey Aadil Khan is suspended for 10 calendar days effective Saturday October 22, 2011 through Monday October 31, 2011 inclusive. This suspension is stayed pending the outcome of the appeal filed by Jockey Aadil Khan on Thursday October 20, 2011. Having withdrawn his appeal of the Stewards decision concerning the running of the 9th race on Saturday October 15, 2011, Jockey Aadil Khan is suspended for 10 calendar days effective Monday May 7, 2012 through Wednesday May 16, 2012 inclusive. |
