| Ruling Text: This notice is regarding the horse (Time Flow) that was scheduled to race on 8/13/11 at Saratoga. As the trainer of record, you are responsible for the oral administration of a product in violation of the parameter guidelines set forth by the rules of the New York State Racing & Wagering Board, section 4120. Future violations of this nature may result in an increased penalty, which may not be limited to a fine. FINDINGS AND ORDER, 6/28/2012, Kristen M. Bucklye; ORDERED, that the $500 fine imposed on Respondent, James P. Tracy, by the Presiding Judge at Saratoga Raceway is affirmed. |
