| Ruling Text: You are hereby suspended 30 days reduced to 15 days October 9, 2011 through October 23, 2011 for having waived your right of appeal and you are fined $1000.00 for the finding of the drug Clenbuterol in the post race samples of horse Quiet Power who finished 2nd in the 4th race at Saratoga Race Course on July 23, 2011. This drug was administered in violation of the New York State Racing and Wagering Board rules 4043.2 and 4043.4. Horse Quiet Power is hereby disqualified and unplaced in the order of finish. Ordered, that during period of your suspension, you shall not directly or indirectly participate in New York State pari - mutuel racing, you are denied the privileges and use of the grounds of all racetracks, you are forbidden to participate in any share of purses or other payments . Every horse is denied the privileges of the grounds and shall not participate in pari - mutuel in New York, further, that is ( a ) owned or trained by you, or any individual who serves as your agent or employee during your suspension; or ( b ) for which you during your suspension are involved directly or indirectly with training including any arrangements made to care for, train, enter, race, invoice, collect fees or payments, manage funds, employ or insure workers, provide advice or information, or otherwise assist with any aspect of the training of the horse The New Order of Finish Is 1.Wishingonastar 2.Jungle Rain 3.Black Diabio 4.Rizzi's Comet 5.Freud's Ana Streak 6.Swing At Siro's 7.Good to Be Me 8.Houston Harbor 9.Camie's Hot 10.Gypsy Wind 11.Make My Love 12.Karakorum Budman |
