This suspension is stayed pending the outcome of Gabriel Suarez's appeal filed Tuesday August 30, 2011. Having withdrawn his appeal of the Stewards decision concerning the running of the 5th race on Friday August 26, 2011, Jockey Gabriel Suarez is suspended for 10 calendar days effective Monday May 7, 2012 through Wednesday May 16, 2012 inclusive. |
