| Ruling Text: For acting in a manner to conceal the identity of the horse "Loopy de Loop's" true owner on 11/18/10 and on 12/4/10 and that she knew that the true owner was unlicensed and disqualified, and after waiving he right to appeal, Owner/Trainer Christine Attwood is suspended for 15 calendar days effective Monday July 25, 2011 through Monday August 8, 2011 inclusive and hereby fined the sum of $250.00. In addition, the horse "Loopy de Loop" is banned from racing at Finger Lakes Race Track until further notice. |
