Ruling Text: ADELAIDO SANCHEZ, YOU ARE HEREBY ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE, before the New York State Racing and Wagering Board, at its office located at One Broadway Center, Sixth Floor, Schenectady, New York, on Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at 11 a.m. pursuant to Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law section 213(2) and 9 NYCRR section 4002.9(a) why your license to participate in pari-mutuel thoroughbred racing as a Stable Employee should not be suspended and/or revoked because : 1. You are currently in the United States without lawful authorization in that your non-immigrant visa has expired as determined by U.S. Immigration and Customs and therefore you are deportable under the provisions of 8 United States Code 1227(a)(1)(B) and that, 2. Your aforementioned acts and omissions reflect adversely on your experience, character and general fitness, and are inconsistent with the public interest, convenience or necessity and with the best interests of racing generally. FINDINGS AND ORDER, MAY 14, 2012, Kristen M. Buckley: ORDERED, that the occupation license of Mr. Sanchez to participate in pari-mutuel horse racing is hereby revoked.
