Ruling Text: Having received a report form the New York State Racing and Wagering Board equine drug testing laboratory of the finding of Carboxycelecoxib, a metabolite of Celecoxib (Celebrex) in the body fluid samples taken from the #6 horse "Stormzapper" which finished 1st in the 2nd race on June 17, 2011 and having waived his right to appeal, Owner/Trainer Rafael Rohena Sr. is suspended for 15 calendar days effective Saturday July 16, 2011 through Saturday July 30, 2011 and is also fined the sum of $500.00. During the period of his suspension, Owner/Trainer Rafael Rohena Jr. is denied the privileges of all race tracks under the jurisdiction of the New York State Racing and Wagering Board. Furthermore; the horse "Stormzapper" is disqualified from any part of the purse and the Horseman' s Bookkeeper is directed to redistribute the purse as follows: 1st #7 Star of Rome 2nd #2 Edubaiyah Way 3rd #3 Large Popcorn 4th #5 Mr. Jolson 5th #1 Son of Sabato
