| Ruling Text: Having waived his right to Appeal, Jockey Emanuel De Diego, rider of the #2 horse "Chieftains Warrior" is suspended for 8 calendar days effective Friday September 24, 2010 through Friday October 1, 2010 inclusive, for interfering with the #6 horse "Charlie Charlotte" in the stretch during the running of the 2nd race on Friday September 17, 2010. In consideration of his request to designate an allowance race on Tuesday September 28, 2010, Jockey Emanuel De Diego is allowed to ride that race and one previous overnight race and agrees to an additional day of suspension on Friday October 1, 2010. |
