This suspension is stayed pending the outcome of Jockey Aadil S. Khan's Appeal filed on September 17, 2010. Having withdrawn his appeal of the ruling concerning the running of the 4th race on Saturday September 11, 2010, Jockey Aadil Khan is suspended for 10 calendar days effective Monday November 22, 2010 through Wednesday December 1, 2010 inclusive. |
