Ruling Text: While driving horse #6 (GIMME A GOOD TIME) in the 2nd race, you hooked the wheel of horse #1 (MR JIM DANDY) causing interference at the top of the stretch. This caused MR JIM DANDY to go off stride. This is the 5th occurrence of this nature in the past 36 months. FINDINGS & ORDER, DECEMBER 14, 2011, Kristen M. Buckley: ORDERED, that the decision of the Presiding Judge at Vernon Downs Raceway to suspend Mr. Fluet’s license for ten (10) days and fine him $500 for interference in the second race at Vernon Downs on September 17, 2010 is hereby affirmed Fine was paid at time of appeal, days will start on 4/22/2012. You will be eligible to drive on 5/2/2012.
