| Ruling Text: The #3 horse "Saratoga Warrior" ridden by Jockey Jeremias Flores was disqualified from first position and placed 2nd for interfering with the #5 horse "Brolio" in the stretch during the running of the 6th race on September 7, 2010. Jockey Jeremias Flores is hereby suspended for 10 calendar days effective Friday September 17, 2010 through Sunday September 26, 2010 inclusive. This suspension is stayed pending the outcome of Jockey Flores' appeal filed on September 11, 2010. Having withdrawn his appeal of the Stewards ruling concerning the running of the 6th race on Tuesday September 7, 2010, Jockey Jeremias Flores is suspended for 10 calendar days effective Sunday November 14, 2010 through Tuesday November 23, 2010. |
