This suspension is stayed pending the outcome of Jockey Rodriguez's appeal filed on August 16, 2010. Having withdrawn his appeal filed August 16, 2010, concerning the Stewards ruling #FL 41-2010 regarding the 7th race on Thursday August 12, 2010. Jockey Pedro A. Rodriguez is suspended for 10 calendar days effective Friday October 8, 2010 through Sunday October 17, 2010. |
