| Ruling Text: Having held a hearing concerning the July 3, 2010 protest filed by Owner Raymond A. Ferran of the claim of the horse "Fifty Sense" in the 9th race on July 2, 2010, the Stewards do not feel that Groom Marc Marino acted in a capacity which would require Groom Marc Marino be appointed as an Authorized Agent by the claimant Joseph E. Marino. The Stewards therefore see no reason to void that claim. |
