Ruling Text: Having received a report from the New York State Racing and Wagering Board Equine Drug Testing Laboratory of the finding of Flunixin in the body fluid samples taken from the #1 horse "Numerous One" which finished 1st in the 1st race on June 1, 2010 and having waived his right to appeal, Trainer Oscar S. Berrera Jr. is suspended for 7 calendar days effective Friday June 25, 2010 through Thursday July 1, 2010 inclusive and fined the sum of $250.00. During the period of his suspension, Trainer Oscar S. Barrera Jr. is denied the grounds of Finger Lakes Gaming and Racing. Further more, the Stewards order the horse "Numerous One" disqualified from any part of the purse and the purse to be distributed as follows: 1 #4 Born to Dazzle 2 #5 Morivera 3 #2 A Happy Life 4 #3 Empire Express 5 #6 N B Ravens
