Ruling Text: On 2/26/2010 you were in possession of hypodermics and other prohibited drug paraphernalia on the grounds of Buffalo Raceway in violation of the above stated rule. Your license to participate in pari-mutuel horse racing in New York State is suspended for 60 days and you are fined the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1000) during the period of suspension, no horses owned or trained by you or your agents or employees are allowed to participate in pari-mutuel horse racing in New York State. You are barred from the grounds at all New York State harness race tracks and shall not participate in any phase of harness racing, directly or indirectly, on or off the track. You may be eligible to participate on 5/28/2010, upon payment of your fine.
