(Stayed pending APPEAL). FINDINGS AND ORDER, December 22, 2010, Gail Pronti: ORDERED, that the eight day suspension of Respondent, James A. Morrill Jr., by the Judges at Buffalo Raceway is affirmed and during his suspension period he is denied the privileges of the grounds of all racetracks under the jurisdiction of the Board. |
