Ruling Text: Having withdrawn his appeal filed 11/13/09 regarding the finding of Flunixin in the body fluid samples taken from the #7 horse "Overheated" which finished 3rd in the 2nd race on October 10, 2009, Owner/Trainer William H. Bartlett is herby suspended for 15 calendar days effective Saturday June 5, 2010 through Saturday June 19, 2010 inclusive and fined the sum of $500.00. During the period of his suspension, Owner/Trainer William H. Bartlett is denied the privileges of the grounds of Finger Lakes Gaming and Race Track. In a ruling dated November 14, 2009, the Stewards ordered "Overheated" disqualified form any part of the purse and the purse redistributed.
