| Ruling Text: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that your occupational license to participate in pari-mutuel thoroughbred racing as a STABLE EMPLOYEE is hereby SUSPENDED IMMEDIATELY pending the disposition by the Board of the scheduled hearing before the New York State Racing and Wagering Board or, if you refuse such hearing or default in appearing, SUSPENDED until such time as the Board in its discretion takes further action, including but not limited to license suspension or revocation or refusal to license. FINDINGS AND ORDER, September 28, 2010, Gail Pronti; ORDERED, that the suspension of May 27, 2010 be upheld and that Mr. Rondon’s license to participate as a stable employee in thoroughbred racing be, and hereby is, revoked; and he is denied the privileges of the grounds, whether as a patron or otherwise, of all racetracks under the jurisdiction of this Board; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Rondon is not permitted to obtain a license until such time as he provides proof that he has received appropriate substance abuse treatment and fully complied with related recommendations and, if relicensed, his license shall be subject to conditions for a period of time as deemed appropriate by the Board. |
