Maver Jr. is suspended for 7 calendar says effective Wednesday May 5,2010 through Tuesday may 11, 2010 and fined the sum of $250.00 for sustaining a positive test for Flunixin in the body fluid samples taken from the horse "Georgiana" which finished 3rd in the sixth race on November 7, 2009. In a previous ruling #FL 72-2009 dated December 1, 2009, "Georgiana" was disqualified from any part of the purse redistribution. |
