| Ruling Text: YOU ARE HEREBY ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE, before the New York State Racing and Wagering Board at its main office located at One Broadway Center, Schenectady, New York on 10:00A.M., January 5, 2010, pursuant to § 220, subdivision 2 of the Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law why your license to participate as an exercise rider in pari-mutuel thoroughbred racing should not be suspended or revoked pursuant to 9 NYCRR § 4002.9(a). FINDINGS AND ORDER, MARCH 15, 2010, Gail Pronti: ORDERED, that the license of Respondent, Henry B. Aguilar, a/k/a Henry B. Aquilar is suspended pending disposition of the criminal matter and is deemed revoked if he is convicted of any of the criminal charges, and he is denied the privileges of the grounds of all racetracks under the jurisdiction of this Board. |
