| Ruling Text: "Evermon" the #4 horse ridden by Jockey Nazario Alvarado was disqualified from 2nd position and placed 3rd for interfering with the #5 horse "Davy's Bank" in the stretch on Friday December 4, 2009. Having waived his right to appeal, Jockey Nazario Alvarado is suspended for three racing days which will be accessed when racing reopens at Finger Lakes Race Track in the spring of 2010. Jockey Nazario Alvarado is suspended for three racing days starting 4/30/10 thru 5/03/10 inclusive for interfering with the #5 "Davy's Bank" during the running of the 4th race on 12/4/2009. In a previous ruling dated 12/05/09, it had been noted that Jockey Alvarado's mount in that race had been disqualified and that his suspension would be served in the spring of 2010. |
