| Ruling Text: Having received a report from the New York State Racing and Wagering Board' s Equine Drug Testing Laboratory at Cornell University of the finding of Flunixin in the body fluid samples taken from the #3 horse "Georgiana" which finished 3rd in the sixth race on November 7, 2009, The Stewards order the redistribution of the purse as follows: 1st #7 Cherokee Trick 2nd #1 Darkness Falls 3rd #8 Swift Punch 4th #4 Schifty's Angela 5th #2 Zero Probability 6th #6 New York Citi 7th #5 Spin the Wheel An additional penalty will be accessed at the beginning of the racing season of Finger Lakes Race Track in the spring of 2010. |
