Ruling Text: Having received a report from the New York State Racing and Wagering Board' s equine drug testing laboratory of the finding of Flunixin in the body fluid samples taken from the #7 horse "Overheated" which finished 3rd in the 2nd race on October 10, 2009, Owner/Trainer William H. Bartlett is suspended for 15 calendar days effective Sunday November 15, 2009 through Sunday November 29, 2009 inclusive and fined the sum of $500.00. During the period of his suspension, Owner/Trainer William H. Bartlett is denied the privileges of the grounds of Finger Lakes Gaming and Race Track. Further more; the Stewards order that the #7 horse "Overheated" be disqualified from any part of the purse and that the purse be redistributed as follows: 1st #11 Absolute Return 2nd #4 Rundown Rocky 3rd #1 Alex the Barber 4th #9 Geneva Cross 5th #6 Fast Iz a Turtle 6th #2 Discreet Thievery 7th #12 Out for Fame 8th #5 Chequer Cat 9th #3 Tale of Wonder 10th #8 Consigliere Jeff This ruling is stayed pending the outcome of Owner/Trainer William H.
