Ruling Text: Having received a report from the New York State Racing and Wagering Board' s equine drug testing laboratory at Cornell University of the finding of Flunixin in the body fluid samples taken from the #6 horse "Bad Boy Luke" which finished 3rd in the 4th race on October 2, 2009. Trainer Neville Henry is suspended for 7 calendar days effective Wednesday November 11, 2009 through Tuesday November 17, 2009 inclusive and fined the sum of $250.00. During the period of his suspension, Trainer Neville Henry is denied the privileges of the grounds of Finger Lakes Gaming and Race Track; furthermore the Stewards disqualify the #6 horse "Bad Boy Luke" from any part of the purse and order the purse redistributed as follows: 1st #5 Dontstealmyland 2nd #7 Sheraquska 3rd #4 Double Wham 4th #1 Born to Dazzle 5th #2 Count Vironsky 6th #8 Romancing Reid 7th #9 Haiduk
