| Ruling Text: Having received a report from the New York State Racing and Wagering Board' s equine drug laboratory at Cornell University of the finding of Clenbuterol in the body fluid sample taken from the #1 horse "Pure Business" which finished 2nd in the 8th race on August 23, 2009 and the finding of injectable "Adequan" in the area of the shed row under Trainer John Tebbutt's control, Trainer John Tebbutt is suspended for 30 calendar days effective Wednesday November 4, 2009 through Thursday December 3, 2009 inclusive and fined the sum of $750.00. During the period of his suspension, Trainer John Tebbutt is denied the privileges of the grounds of Finger Lakes Gaming and Race Track. Furthermore, the Stewards disqualified the #1 horse "Pure Business" from any part of the purse and order the redistribution of the purse as follows: 1st #4 She's Got Thefever 2nd #7 Celtic Kettle 3rd #9 Sweet Prime 4th #8 Widow Tapp 5th #2 Yes I May 6th #3 Just Another Story 7th #6 Noble Action |
