| Ruling Text: On 10/17/09, as trainer of record, brought the wrong horse to the paddock for the 11th race and equipped the horse in preparation to race. You failed to act responsibly as a trainer. Trainers shall so conduct themselves as to avoid creating any appearance or suggestion that would reflect adversely on the integrity of the racing. By the time the proper horse was brought to the paddock, that horse (Getthepartystarted) was late for the paddock. This is the 1st violation of this nature within the past 36 months. |
