| Ruling Text: YOU ARE HEREBY ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE, why your license to participate as a Groom in pari-mutuel thoroughbred racing should not be suspended or revoked. FINDINGS AND ORDER, November 13, 2009, Gail Pronti: ORDERED, that the license of Respondent is revoked and he is denied the privileges of the grounds of all racetracks under the jurisdiction of this Board upon the grounds that his experience, character and general fitness are such that participation in racing by him would be inconsistent with the public interest convenience or necessity, or in the best interest of racing generally, contrary to the requirements of §220(2) of the Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law. |
