| Ruling Text: Having received a report from the New York State Racing and Wagering Boards Equine Drug Testing Laboratory at Cornell University of the finding of Flunixin in the body fluid samples taken from the #6 horse "Puremiracle" which finished 3rd in the 6th race on July 5, 2009, and having waived his right to appeal, Owner/Trainer Neil Kovar is suspended for seven calendar days effective Tuesday August 18, 2009 through Monday August 24, 2009 inclusive and fined the sum of $250.00. During the period of his suspension, Owner/Trainer Neil Kovar is denied the privileges of the grounds of Finger Lakes Gaming and Race Track. The Stewards also declare that the horse "Puremiracle" is disqualified from any part of the purse and the purse be distributed as follows: 1st #2 My Lark 2nd #9 Regal Enchantment 3rd #1a Button Bay 4th #4 Today 5th #5 Full of Sunshine 6th #8 Ray's Princess 7th #3 Legal Mandate 8th #7 Really Classic 9th #1 Majestic Moon |
