| Ruling Text: Having received a report of the presents of the metabolites of acepromazine and acepromazine from the New York States Racing and Wagering Board' s Equine Drug Testing Laboratory at Cornell University in the body fluid samples taken from the filly "Quixotic Lassie" which ran 3rd in the 8th race on April 28, 2009, the Stewards order that "Quixotic Lassie" be disqualified from any part of the purse and that the Horseman' s Bookkeeper redistribute the purse as follows: 1st #3 Returnto Karakorum 2nd #7 Mamie B 3rd #5 Spin the Wheel 4th #2 Second Marriage 5th #6 Yes I May 6th #1 Pure Business Having waived his right to appeal, Owner/Trainer Jeremiah C. Englehart is suspended for 15 calendar days effective Thursday July 30, 2009 through August 13, 2009 inclusive and fined the sum of $500.00. During the period of his suspension, Owner/Trainer Jeremiah Englehart is denied the privileges of the grounds of Finger Lakes Gaming and Racetrack. |
