| Ruling Text: As Trainer of Record for Races 5, 6, 8, and 13, it is your responsibility to designate a Trainer to assume your responsibilities for the horse, while in the Paddock in your absence. The Designated Trainer did not maintain Workers' Compensation Insurance and used your grooms to handle the horses. (1st Offense). PLEASE NOTE: Designated Trainer was responsible for grooming of horses on day of race, therefore Trainer of Record should not have been fined. |
