FINDINGS AND ORDER, 9/23/2009, Gail Pronti: Ordered that the license of William Gallion is revoked pursuant to Board Rules 9 NYCRR 4002.8 and 4002.9(a) upon the grounds that his experience, character and general fitness are such that his participation in racing would be inconsistent with the public interest, convenience or necessity, or in the best interest of racing generally. |
