| Ruling Text: While driving #5, "NICKI'S SISTER," in the 5th race at Monticello Raceway on 5/20/09, you drove in a careless manner and displayed improper conduct, both during and after the race, which is in violation of the above-stated rules. You are also ordered to get an evaluation from a certified professional regarding Anger Management and comply with all treatment recommendations made in the evaluation. Having appeared before a representative of the NYSRWB and waived your right to appeal, and the Board considering the circumstances, your suspension is reduced from 180 to 90 days, June 1, 2009 through August 29, 2009, and the fine is reduced from $1,000.00 to $500.00. The Board reserves the right to review these penalties. |
