| Ruling Text: You are hereby ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE before the New York State Racing and Wagering Board why you should not be fined and your license to participate in pari-mutuel harness racing in New York State be suspended or revoked. FINDINGS AND ORDER, November 13, 2009, Gail Pronti: ORDERED, that Gary Leonardi’s licenses to participate in pari-mutuel harness racing are revoked, a fine in the amount of $5,000.00 is imposed and he is denied the privileges of the grounds of all pari-mutuel harness tracks in the State of New York, and it is FURTHER ORDERED that Respondent, Gary Leonardi is ineligible to reapply for any occupational license to participate in pari-mutuel harness racing for at least one year. Any application for relicensing must be accompanied by proof that he attended and satisfactorily completed an accredited anger management program. |
