| Ruling Text: AFTER CONSIDERATION, YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT THE BOARD, PURSUANT TO RACING, PARI-MUTUEL WAGERING AND BREEDING LAW SECTION 220, REFUSES TO ISSUE YOU A LICENSE TO PARTICIPATE IN RACING IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK, FOR WHICH YOU APPLIED ON 3/29/07, RECEIPT# NY 1246238, FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS: YOUR EXPERIENCE, CHARACTER AND GENERAL FITNESS ARE SUCH THAT YOUR PARTICIPATION IN RACING OR RELATED ACTIVITIES WOULD BE INCONSISTENT WITH THE PUBLIC INTEREST,CONVENIENCE OR NECESSITY, AND WITH THE BEST INTERESTS OF RACING GENERALLY. ACCORDINGLY YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM PARTICIPATING IN ANY ASPECT OF THOROUGHBRED RACING IN NEW YORK STATE. |
