FINDINGS AND ORDER, March 26, 2009, Gail Pronti:ORDERED, that the license of Juan Villalongo is revoked for violation of Rule 4002.9(a), and his experience, character and general fitness are such that participation in racing by him would be inconsistent with the public interest convenience or necessity, or in the best interest of racing generally. |
